We believe that diversity drives innovation and that everyone, regardless of their ethnicity, has the potential to make groundbreaking contributions to the STEM fields.

REflect was founded in 2019 collaboration with RS, Association For Black & Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE) and The Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET).
We are proud to present the Top 24 Role Models for 2024, celebrating the achievements of Global Ethnic Majorities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (GEM in STEM). These extraordinary individuals have not only excelled in their respective fields but have also paved the way for future generations of engineers, scientists, and innovators.
