What is your greatest achievement in your career?

"Completing my degree from the University of Portsmouth! The university have supported me so much, whilst being at university and even more so since graduating. Completing my degree is my greatest achievement because I didn't have a-level maths or physics, however, I was able to successfully complete my degree. The university provided me with so much support and gave me the opportunities and confidence to complete my studies! "

Who or what inspires you in your work?

“My family, friends, my Alma mater and the communities I've built whilst being industry- without the support of these people and institutions, I wouldn't be where I am today. I am also inspired by people; I love being able to support people through engineering and other activities I have been involved in making everyone's lives better in a variety of ways! My love for wanting to have a more equitable world keeps me going! Finally, working with amazing, inspiring engineers who provide me with the support and guidance to complete projects, collaborate and support me in my career journey. ”
